Kitchens

Typical renovations include tearing out sinks, countertops, and cabinets. The walls above sink are replaced to allow them to be tiled with a new backsplash. If there is a soffit (walled-in box) above the cabinets some customers want them removed to allow decorations to be placed on top of the new cabinets.

During remodel customers use this opportunity to upgrade to new sinks. Therefore, new cut off valves and feed lines are installed.

New electrical outlets and switches are install, GFIs where necessary if in reach of plumbing.

Most often we update the lighting in the kitchen with area lighting or under-counter lighting.
