Most companies will screen in an existing porch that already has a roof and floor. Not only can we do that, we can also and add knee walls and doors.
Beyond that if there is not an existing floor and/or roof we can build those as well as install an external door from the house to the porch.
We can also build an “All Season Porch” with insulated walls and ceiling to an existing roof, or build a roof. Electrical outlets, TV and sound systems, doors, thermopane windows, and air conditioning can be included.
